So I desided to build a tube chassis for my Everest. Got the plans off harleydesigns.com. so far going through and cutting all the pieces then I can start welding. I'd like to use my tig welder but need to get a tank of argon. So for now im just going to tac it with my flux core mig.

The most complicated piece to make. Brake tube bender wasn't giving me the results I wanted had to pretty much do it by hand with the help of my little hobby vise.

Well that last piece took the last of the rod I bought. The rod I'm using is 3/16th thick steel rod. Picked it up at Lowe's. Bought 6 rods I believe they were 3foot long. Was nice and easy to work with. Also bought some 1" x 1/8th" x 3' flat stock to use for making shock mounts and link mounts
