I have some wheels with foam road tires here, wheels are two piece with 12mm hex in the removeable center. It appears that you can swap the center "ring/dish" from one side to the other to alter the offset of the wheel(s).

Any help is welcomed.

Manufacture/Brand?
Years made? Still made?
Pictures of ads?

I think that "12mm hex" is cosmetic, merely a relief for the wheel nut. The drive would be thru the pins on the other side. 12mm hexes didn't become common until touring cars became the norm, and these look to predate the TC era.

As to who made, or when, no idea. I'd be really surprised if you can still get 'em.

it seems i remember seeing em in rcca way back when, c&m pops into mind. try tamiya club if your a member there, if not let me know, i am and will post the pic up and see if i can get an id on em.

Most of the Kyosho cars back in the day used a 12mm hex. These were on a old Kyosho buggy that I recently purchased.

I was hinted on another site that they might be made by Bru-Line. Still would like to find out though.

Those look like old tamiya 1/12th scale wheels I have a set simular to those for my 12th Porsche, I have a set somplace like the ones you have that are for carpet racing. The Hex's are 12mm and shallow.

I was not talking about the one on the car. Read what I posted. I will have to find MY OTHER SET FOR PICTURES.

You posted a picture to make this thread more confusing..... I first thought you were saying that you had the same wheels in that picture as what I posted.
