you ever see that movie "red Dawn" probably not as it is older than you are. Anway in the movie these guys kill a deer and the one who shot it has to drink it's blood cuz it's his first kill. So you are obligated to remove the worm and eat it. with the advances of todays spices you probably wont even taste it. Man up......eat the worm.
