I just got a clod crawler from ebay that has a Hot Racing stick chassis and I want to replace the body, it has a big Dodge Power wagon body on it and I want a more crawler type body. What do you guys think? Would a Proline Rockstar work?
Thanks and this is a GREAT forum!!

Thanks but I don't mean Ford vs Chevy. What body will fit OK, Like the Rockstar or could I use the '67 Ford Pick up body and trim it to fit?
Or is it a crawler only body that will fit that chassis?

There is a chevy c10 body that is doved in the front and rear and looks good on a super. The grappler bodys look small on a super to me. I run a baja vw body my self.....

JConcpets makes some rock crawler bodies that a little off the beaten path if you want something unique;

It may be small on a crawler but, but I just got a gatecrasher from them I have yet to paint up.
Either way with most unpaint bodies you will have to trim it out first and then trim it some more to allow articlutation of your rig. If you dont wanna do that you could always find a pre-painted that requires less trimming and painting. Like those Axial bodies you find on their newer kits;

No Dude I LOVE to paint! Here's my Mugen bodies for next year:

O so you know whats up then... Bravo on the paint jobs, my fellow F150 owner!! lol

What about VW bug body you can mount snug to the cane and cut off the lower parts of the sides for high ground clearance?... The owner of CKRC, Jake Hallenbeck, just won nationals with a stick clod and VW bug body. Just an idea.
Theres pics of his rig in the new RCCA magazine.
I think they even sell pre cut bug bodies on CKRC.com

I was wanting a bug body, I'm a old VW guy from way back! I just seen one on Youtube that was only about 1in lower than the side windows, looked SICK.
That's what I'm doing, Thanks guys"thumbsup"
