What happened to handshake agreements?

If you have clear shots of who they are you should post them here as well so that others on here that may be in your area know who to watch for.

It's hard to believe that the cops aren't doing anything about this.If it were me and someone repeatedly tried to break into my shit I would call the police station and ask to talk to whoever is in charge and tell them what is going on.Make sure all of this is documented and recorded(photos) and then tell them that if they are not willing to protect you and your family that you will handle it yourself.Screw what the laws say you have the right to protect yourself and your property.I think a well placed warning shot would be enough to scare them off for good.No one in their right mind could fault you for doing this.

Here's the best shot that i have as far as stills go. This was while i was retrieving the items from the workshop. This is the kid's mom (or so they claim, he is 19, she looks a little young to have a 19yr old) and her prints were on the windows of the HHR. I retrieved the prints that night and have sent the video evidence to the state police along with the photos and finger prints.

When did they start writing deeds with restrictive covenants for firearms? Are you sure the police will accept fingerprints taken by you, a "non-technician" from an unsecured crimescene? (Damn, I watch too much TV)
My deed was written in 1978. It states very clearly that in this community that firearms are prohibited from use. The fingerprints are just evidence that someone was there. If they use them, great. If not, at least i tried. I have marked all the locks with machinists dye so that i can see if they have tried to pick the lock and i have the electrical plates hooked up tonight.

Is it a deed or a rental agreement?

She has an odd shaped body and you said you had clear shots of all of them, where are the rest?
The other shots aren't really showing up too well on the digital camera i am using. The original camera footage isn't wanting to upload for some reason, but I'll keep trying.

It's a deed. Our neighbors also have the same clause in theirs as well.

What the hell kind of police dept do you have in your town? Is there also a sheriffs dept? What pressing business do they have where they can't investigate crime?

I have to agree with 322. What a bunch of lazy bastards... Maybe if you took a big box of donuts over to the station they'd be more willing to help.

That picture definitely looks clear enough to get am ID on the bitch. And, you have fingerprints too?! You should have all the info needed...

We live outside of city limits so we must rely on the County Sheriffs office. They seem indifferent about the crimes that are occurring right under their noses, and that is sad. I have the utmost respect for law enforcement, but only when they are doing their duties and not ignoring citizens in need that have real problems. The break-ins and vandalism that have occurred at my home are real crimes, the mail theft that we had last month was a federal offense (the postal service sent a federal agent to investigate this, was handled quickly and efficiently) but when you turn over fingerprints and concrete video evidence to the authorities and nothing is done, its hard to have any faith that you are safe. I keep a loaded pistol in the bottom of my nightstand now that I'm having to be in the yard every night trying to catch these people.
On a side note, i figured out how to convert the video, but i cannot post it until something is done about the intruders in case i have to use the evidence to prosecute. If something is ever done, I'll see if i can post up the vids then.

Wow your cops sound like mine only difference my cousin works for mine and he told me how to handle it but luckily I am not like you as far as being able to shoot at least a warning shot. I know all about the not being able to shoot though my parents have the same thing and so does my brother. I keep my dogs trained and 2 of them are pits if I am not here nothing gets in my yard or at least if it comes in my yard they don't get out of the vehicle and when I am here my dogs know when I pick up the gun it is time to go nuts and they know where to stop chaseing them at. They have been and will continue to be trained to protect home family and property. Like my cousin said dogs or big dogs are the best theft deterent available as long as they get trained. Just make sure throwing them a bone doesn't keep them occupied and not doing what they should. I have put my dogs on somebody before and I have also shot a warning shot several years ago I had a kid messing around several nights in a row before I had the dogs and the last night I found saw him running under my front porch to hide I shot the 30-06 into the ground at the edge of the porch and told him he had 5 seconds to be off my property or the next one was going in him. That kid ran so fast and I never saw or had any problems from him again.

I was out of town over the holiday visiting my mom and nothing was out of place when we returned. Checked the camera footage and there was nothing out of the ordinary there either so i am a little relieved. Hopefully its a quiet week, and as far as the electrical plates go, "I don't know how that happened, officer. He was like that when i found him." That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

They was probably out hunting Easter eggs this weekend and didn't have time to mess with you.
Or they just really like scaring you like a little girl so it no fun when you're not home.. Lol thats my guess.. I think they're bullies and just like picking on the wimpy kid... Haha
