ok i cant decide... this one as i love the look, just looks beautiful to me,
SCX10™ 2012 Jeep® Wrangler Unlimited C/R Edition 1/10th RTR

or this one as its got all the upgrades as its newer dual slipper esc etc etc.. i mean i can buy a shell, But would also have to buy the lights.

SCX10™ Jeep® Wrangler G6 Falken Edition 1/10th Scale Electric 4WD - RTR

i want for crawling what do you guys think?

IMO the dual slipper and driveshafts (which are the only non electrical upgrades between the 2) aren't really that big a deal. Better, yes... but WAY better... I don't think so. The AE5 ESC on the Falken is a nice piece as its waterproof. But the AE2 is also programmable through Castle link so thats pretty nice as well.

If you like the CR edition with the extra bling it comes with (ill give you that it comes with nicer wheels and tires) then go for that.

The slipper isn't that great because the pad material is still terrible but the driveshafts are a huge upgrade over the original WB shafts. I have 6+ months of abuse on my Deadbolt with 4 pole brushless power on 3s and they are perfectly fine.

I just bought the C/R edition recently as I preferred the body/lights (and wanted an RTR). I'm using it for mostly trail running (with the kid), so it fits my needs well.

I've already upgraded to the MIP driveshafts, 4-linked, aluminum bits (chubs, shock towers, metal front bumper, wheels/tires, etc.)... It's a slippery slope. ;-)

I bought the C/R edition recently as well. I upgraded to the aluminum steering kit and switched the location of the electronics and batteries. I threw in a 45T motor and the thing crawls like a champ.

Between those two I would get the Falken and add lights. I'm a Honcho kinda guy though...Just sayin.
