Which tools required to assemble kit?

I'm diving in with either a SCX10 or a Wraith kit very soon. I have an extensive tool collections for my 1:1 crawlers. However, my scale stuff is likely very limited. I see various drivers and kits available (tools). Do you have any recommendations for a new builder? I have a dremel, some precision screwdrivers... Anything else I should buy to assemble my soon-to-be-ordered kit?

A good set of hex drivers...

Or just buy a couple singles if you don't want to buy a whole set.

Mainly used are 1.5mm 2mm and 2.5mm

I can get most all my work done on my wraith, xr10 etc with those 3 lol

And a set of nut drivers are nice to have...
Only one I really commonly use is 7mm for the wheel nuts

Thanks for the quick reply. I'll have to see what I have for hex drivers in a "precision" kit I have tucked away. It would be nice to not need to order any tools... However, now I don't have a reason to order new tools.

If you understand the importance of quality 1:1 fullsize tools, then you'll quickly appreciate a set of quality allen drivers. Other than that you don't really need much to put one together.

I prefer Hudy drivers but there are many opinions as to the "best".

Don't fall for the cheap bondhus or dubro set, they suck.

X2. In fact, I think it is even more important with the little fasteners on our rigs.

Thanks for all of the responses. I will buy one of the recommended driver kits in parallel with my kit and electronics.
