I'm just wondering who all is into lifting iron. It's just one of my other hobbies. I've been doing it for sometime now and I couldn't live with out it. Great stress relief. You need something to release the anger within after a days work. What do you do to release the anger within?

R/C is my stress reliever. A couple hours in the garage and the cr*p that was bothing me is a little more in focus. Its not just a hobby, keeps me from killing stupid people:flipoff:
 
See I can't work on anything like RC's when I'm pissed. I just mess it up more. Which in return makes me more pissed. Happy pills would help.
 
Happy pills should work, depending on your "problem". I had a bad problem with anger and depression. Tried to kill it with drugs and booze for about a decade, didn't work. After cleaning up I talked to my doc and she gave me something. Been on it for about 2 months and it works great.

I'm not bragging about this, but if you think you might need something to help, talk to your doc. I was a typical guy saying "this is normal, everyone feels like this". But after getting help, I can't imagine why I didn't do it sooner. My wife says that I am much easier to live with also.;-)
 
I never lifted a weight until a few years ago. I joined a gym in a neighboring town, close to my work. I went there for a couple of years.... maybe 3 times a week. With work and the kids in sports I just didn't have time to get there before they closed at 7:PM.

They opened a 24/7 gym two blocks from my house late last year...... I'm in there almost every night. :)

The gym is my outlet, a place for me to escape the stress of work, school and family. I'm beginning to see the results of all my hard work, so it's also rewarding. I want to get Big. Right now I'm 6'5", 215lbs. I want to get to 250-260lbs. ;)

Thats cool. Eat more and you'll get there before you know it. I'm 5'9 and I started at 110lbs and now weight 190lbs. I want to get up around 210 or so. Good luck and keep the iron fly'n. I'm trying! I eat 'til I'm stuffed everyday, take vitamins, take 2-3 protein shakes daily... I'm stuck at 215. I got up to 220, then I got a sinus infection and dropped back to 215. :roll: It's aggrevating when you get set back like that. :evil:

What is your Protein intake look like? Say you want to weigh 230lbs. You need to eat 460g a day. Thats alot I know, but it can be done. What shake are you drinking?
 
I vary between lifting weights and using my body as weight for resistance. Lately I have been just working on core work, pushups, planches, pullups, and handstands. It is a nice change sometimes, and want to get Planches again. They are pretty fun to do.
 
I got into lifting in college. Daytime is boring there, especially when ya skip class. I got some pretty good bulk up, for my short stature. Then lost most of it when I joined the Army. Nothing like millions of pushups and running to turn the show muscles into fast twitch. I'd get back into it now if I didn't live 30 miles from a gym. Oh well, I'll just fo to the garage and bench a D60.:mrgreen:
 
i lift but i cant get any bigger. im 6'3" 165 but i can bench 285 leg press 800 squat 450. im getting stronger but i cant get any bigger. i have been told that im chizzled like a statue though :flipoff:
 
I'm 4'6" and weigh 713 pounds.

I'm pure muscle.
I'm actually wider than I am tall.....thanks to lifting weights.

Have you tried the new Dirk Digler Penis Enlargement Crank?
