Winter Snowcrawl Series v2.4

Thanks again for all-o-y'all that showed up! Kind of a light turnout, but the temp and the fact that it was Daytona 500 day were factors, I'm sure.

We altered the course slightly with the addition of a second V ramp and replacing the lame "slat" section with an awesome individually-suspended cross-beam suspension bridge (great idea and fabrication, Derek!). Since the turnout was light, we decided to run the course twice, once in each direction. It really added to the fun and difficulty of the course, and I'm thinkin' that may be SOP for the rest of the Series.

I didn't get to give any beer away, thanks to Dana. He swept the three classes, again. Way to spoil it for everyone else, man! Just kiddin', the dude builds some cool, very capable rigs, and drives them with little regard for their safety.

Dana only had one competitor in 2.2 Pro, Adam, and the separation was minimal. If y'all haven't met Adam yet, you're in for a treat! Nice guy...hey maybe that's why Dana beat him! Nice guys finish last!

Dana and Derek placed 1 and 2 in both trail classes. I sense a pattern here.

Kevin W got a trophy for the most entertaining run...his PSW cartwheeled, piruetted, and tumbled down the rockpile, landing just across the finish line, and he was drivin' it the whole way!

The next one is gonna be March 8th...hopefully we'll get to go outside, too, but I ain' holdin' my breath.

See ya then!

Fixed it for you Phil

River got a trophy for the most awesomeness run ever... He ran his rock rat with an open diff and IFS suspension. It only took him 10mins(cant remember the number!) but he got around 10 penalties(dont remember) to add on to that time. Winning the great trophy of Most penalties!
