I thought the guy on our river with a Mercury 350 was insane.. and he goes around corners on ONE pontoon!

Wouldn't catch me on that. Any air underneath that deck and you are done for at that speed..

There is a guy on a small lake here in MI that has a pontoon with twin 250 hp Mercs.
I thought that was overkill, until I found his buddy that has one with a 502 cid Merc marine motor burried in a custom aluminum hull between the runners of his pontoon.
But 900 hp and over 100 mph in a pontoon, wow. Either has some serious brass or nothing between his ears at all..
