Longtime no chat everybody!

Wow...this place is dead almost...
My last login was 2017.

Just picked up a scx24..
Already got a list of other builds...smh
😆

I'm back,but in a limited fashion..
Can't do the long trails anymore..my hip and knee pain
Have steadily gotten worse to the point I can be on
My feet for @4-6hrs till I'm in tears it hurts so bad.

Gonna try to get Arkansas back up to speed in the crawler world.

Couldn't stay away forever..:flipoff:

Welcome back!

Yeah, the decline has been sad and steady. Most of the traffic has gone to Farce-Book, and there are no more give-a-ways, mods, or community, or at least, very little of them. Traffic ebb and flow has been more ebb than anything, but every now and then there are spurts of activity.

Ya it sucks. This was the place for anything and everything scale and crawler. Now I have like 3 fb groups plus have to follow brand pages to watch for anything. It's really freaking LAME!!!

But still annoyed on thing I was annoyed with my first round in this hobby 15yrs ago. All the cool shit happens in commiefornia and I'm in the midwest. Have seen a couple things come this way this year though, Horizon based events since their home base is only a couple hours away.

I would say I feel for you, but the only thing I've seen Alabama get was the Scale Nats back in April, and wouldn't you know it, we had a stomach bug that weekend. I don't think there's a mfg even in the south to put on an event so yeah I'm with you on that boat, welcome back regardless.

Scale nats was awesome! Going to cherokee rock village sunday to meet up with some buddies. Theyve got east coast championship at CRV in april n from my understanding, theyre supposed to do east coast scale championship this month. I could b wrong, i dont have fakebook, so i cant check events for CRV. But we definantly need more events here in the south. Im in east central alabama, hr n half from CRV, where they had scale nats

Bookface killed a lot of forums. Wouldnt mind another G6 at Hot Springs Offroad Park.
