Hi all, I am looking into buying a wraith and had a few questions. first i have been in and out of the hobby for over 20 years and i like most other rc addicts i cant seem to leave the hobby for long....lol. All of my other rigs i always upgraded everything to aluminum, titanium and carbon fiber, say this so can understand my thinking. i started on integys site looking at price and availablities of all of the upgrades that i wanted and i came across this,
Billet Machined 1/10 VEX2.2 Roll Cage Type Trail Racer 4WD Scale Crawler ARTR for R/C or RC - Team Integy
and then i found this one on ebay,
Full Alloy Carframe Wraith Chassis 1 10 RC Crawler | eBay

Both rigs look a lot and i wondered if anyone on here has any info on them? second question is i would like to go brushless and wanted to know what i should buy 3000kv ?? next question is tire related, i have not had a crawler for 5 years or so and did not know if tires changed much that fast. i ran losi rock claws and loved them.. are they still considered good tires? is there a better version for the wraith?
Thanks in advance for any help.

Id pass on the two you listed. Go hear Scale Rigs Brand Specific Tech - Axial Wraith at RCCrawler.comfor some bedtime reading

Get a Axial Wraith Kit and a DMG Kit http://www.rccrawler.com/forum/chassis-suspension/493001-dmgs-stiffy-kits.htmlof your choice for the same $$ but 1000x better.

I only ran brushed so i can't offer a brushless solution

I ran LURC 2.2's 2.2 Wheels, CI foams Crawler Foamsand PIT BULL 2.2 Rock Beast II Scale Crawler, with Komp Kompound PIT BULL 2.2 Rock Beast II Scale Crawler, with Komp Kompound (2) and they performed very well for me. Pro-line Interco TSL SX Super Swamper XL also perform very well. The choice is almost endless.

Thanks so much for the fast reply... Is there a reason why the full alloy integy version is not any good? Being a machinist for over 20 years i like the aluminum parts a lot and it seems like a more expensive way go. If there are good reasons as to why the integy rig is not worth getting i get it i just wonder what makes it bad.
