No it's not the Ump. I have noticed though the machine pistols are little off if you ask me, and when did a skorpion become a pistol?

good point the ump was a little overpowered the first few days and they already fixed that and yah the machine pistols are stupidly powerful but if I were them I'd increased everything else they seem underpowered. Just today I saw more people using the machine pistols than their primary weapon.

I would be one of those people, I rock that and shotgun alot of times. I honestly don't like ump so much as it kicks horribly for me at any distances, but close quarters is its game.

I like using SCAR rifle, In MW2 It was all i ever used, its a great overall gun, but kinda underpowered. maybe they will address this issue. I didnt know all these things befor, Iv only had XBL for a few months and played MW2, I didnt know they could change those things in the game for online play.
bottom line is. it sure is fun!
The maps are HUGE! Bigger than any map on MW2. but I think MW2 Is still going to be the game to try and beat for many many years to come, it set a HIGH Standard in Gaming that not even infinity ward themselfs couldnt beat lol, im not talking about sales, that can be beaten, its the over all game play of it that is just outstanding.
now, I have to upgrade my TV For sure. that way I can see that guy a little easier.

Some of it could very well be the game or issues others are talking about. I'm not sure what controller your using or what your used to......
....Could you be playing against guys with modded/hacked controllers?
My son has a mod controller. All the buttons have been adjusted/hacked so the controller feels allot different during game play. You can also adjust the rate of fire for any weapon. Can turn a 50 cal or any gun in the game into a full auto and unloads any clip in seconds.
Quite honestly, I feel it's cheating. My son agrees and he honestly turns the mods off unless he wants to aggravate a buddy if they are in a private match.

MW3 is better than Black flOPS could ever hope to be. I haven't found any real issues with the game yet, other than there were a couple times where I was spawn killed....

I actually feel like the maps are a little small, they feel smaller than Black Ops.
And the game all are judged by is...Modern Warfare, the original is still the best in my opinion. Everything was evenly matched and people played the objective rather than playing Deathmatch in a game of Domination. That shit pisses me off, these guys must have 3.0 K/D with a .25 W/L...You are not fooling anyone into thinking that you are good.

I've been playing it since Tuesday night and totaled up almost 10 hrs of play. I like the over all layout of the game. I like the idea of leveling up a gun as well as leveling up your personal ranking. I have 4 dislikes so far about the game. The number of maps, how they are laid out, weapons and how certain guns react, and all of the darn lag.
I like the game but I'll probably be playing some Black Ops here and there just because I like the feel of the maps and guns."thumbsup"

I started out at something like 4million, now im down to 800thousand something... wish i would of gotten it the day it came out lol, would of been ranked alot higher, now i gotta battle my way through everybody,
The game play is awsome, but I cant pin point it but for some reason Im not being able to see people when after the kill cam show it, They were right in front of me... If its a lag issue it really sucks lol. because alot of times the kill cam shows exactly where I looked and nobody was there, and the MAP in the corner is almost worth less, trying to chase down a red dot and they are no wheres near the dot. I hope they get some issues figured out be cause its basicly LUCK right now, that or i seriously need to upgrade my internet connection, but I have full bars and a good connection. but with almost 4million players im sure some lag is gona happen.

The only reason Black Ops sold that many copies is because of MW2... everybody expected a better game and ended up with crap. Everybody I know and heard dont like it that much and went back to MW2 for online game play, I played it and just seemed to cartoonish for my likeing. didnt remind me of MW2 at all. Treyarch probly wont get much of anything with their designers. Once infinity ward took back over on MW3 Everybody expected the same if not better and got BETTER than MW2. Infinity ward did a hell of a job!
