Having trouble getting the yeti proline wheels clamping the beads in place! Fitting to 2.2 flatiron xl tires. Any tips?

Not sure exactly what your problem is, but I just put those tires on some aluminum beadlocks and had the bead pop out when I tightened them up. I had to loosen everything and check that the bead was fully seated then tighten them up in a pattern, going slowly and a little at a time. No more problems after that. Just takes some time.

I've got proline faultline 2.2 beadlocks and SS TSL XL tires !
No problem mounting them but poping out frequently !
I did a chamfer on the 2 sides of the inner foam, to avoid pinching them with the rings.

Thanks for the help! Same thing, bead popping out just as I get the ring tightened down, followed the proline YouTube that is linked by BlownChevelle. I guess will keep at it, going to try different foams too.

I have pitbull rock beast 2's and CI DW foams mounted on the faultline with no issues. I just received the Flat Iron XL's and the foams look ridiculously too big. I would look into Crawler Innovation foams which is what I'll be installing with my flat iron xl's.
