I'm going to convert my old XR10 axles in Super mode, I ask TGS to make me some tubes for fitting wraith long cvd.
i did a great job

Will start the build now "thumbsup"

new axles case with insert mode

Now building the gearbox and drill the TGS tubes

need to shave a bit the axles case for the tube

enhance the front upper link mount

and finnally axles are ready "thumbsup"

first time i thought to keep my Superjuice chassis with link but was very difficult to fit it with the XR10 axles specially for mounting the shocks.

And i have a chance to test the new Dravtech SuperSuDu who will fit very good with the SuperXR10 axles

thanks tobias for your confidence

2 weeks later the chassis arrive at home ( green parts are beautiful !!! ), i'm hasty to mount it

start building it, the printed parts are very good qualities, first time i touch some of them

good printed part to enlarge the shocks mount

Looks good!
Cannot wait for more updates and how you like the chassis.

Never seen any green printed parts before, but it looks like a nice soft green color. Also the first public photo of the shock spacers for the rear "thumbsup"
Mine is still in their bags

Cool stuff Cedric! "thumbsup" That combo is killer (XR & Super SuDu) let me tell ya. Can't wait to drive with you in summer. 8)

what material are the printed shock offset pieces made from?
will they take the stress?

does look sharp though

All the printed parts are made from PA12 and has quite similar mechanical properties as delrin. I doubt that there will be any problems using this material for shock spacers, or any material where you can use delrin.

thank you dravpnir

how long does it take to print the shock spacers?
ready to start selling your super chassis yet? can you do dark blue?

the baby is come back home, thanks again David for your work on the links

rebuilding my xr10 egressor shock and testing some rcbros parts

"roller":

i love it !!"thumbsup"

with electro :

it is alive !!!!!!!!!

i need to make a weight holder system now , cause i try it and i really need 220 gr in each front wheel.
and maybe i think i have to block a bit the steering in the front it is a bit to much

otherwise i order some CI foams, mine homemade ones don't work with lighter rig.

i hope i can make a video soon to show you the very good work of tobias

thanks stein, you right now i keep it for me :lmao::lmao:

i hope we meet again at big or at the eurocrawl

thank you to my friend yzik for double start in my first race with 4.0 supersudu"thumbsup""thumbsup""thumbsup"

Congratulations to both! David for doing such an amaizing job behind the wheel and yzik for building this thing! Now secure the axles and rock on! "thumbsup"

back from the French nats where I make a double start with David, the 2 courses was very difficult and we have not enought trainning with SUper, but the dravtech chassis work very well, i still have some trouble with my tube but we take first and second place and we are very happy about that

Thanks again to tobias for his confidence
