Default EJS Xtreme Rock Racing in Moab........

Jason and Aaron (bastard here on RCC) of "Team Carnage Crew" were kind enough to invite me out to Moab for the rock race. Incredible experience!! They set-up 2 courses and run them forward and backwards. Only thing that matters is time and boundaries, no points for reverse, winching, etc. It's kind of like baja meets rock crawling.

Congrats to them for finishing 8th out of almost 40 rigs!!

Here's a few pics from Saturday.

The Carnage Crew moonbuggy.

Jason "Hammertime" Hensel and bastard after jason's roll.

Wes (BigTex) at the starting line in his moonbuggy, managed to take 3rd place.

Thats bad acid! Kinda like me driving my lst through my rock course but way cooler, and more expensive! Are those all 4 bangers or what? I seen 1 once that had an air cooled VW, it sounded hella cool!

There was a little of everything there, most were running either 4 or 8 cylinder motors.

It is the XRRA, that was my first time at a rock race too waaaayyyyy different than UROC. Hey bender did you guys leave before they did the jump off? I got a few short vids, of course I missed the biggest jump....had to go if you know what I mean.

Wow, I never knew Team Carnage Crew participated in XRRA. Does anyone know if they will be at the June 4th race in Colorado Springs?

I would bet they will, heck it's a shorter drive hell I might even give it a go. Turbo subaru meet my V8 I think Bastard should put some big coil overs on the front and show those guys how much hang time a single seat can get

Great, hopefully I will get to see Team Carnage Crew compete again, if not at least I get to see a XRRA and W.E. ROCK event before I head off to CSU. Good luck to Jason and the whole Carnage Crew team.

Yes, the XRRA is waaaaaay different then crawling. I thought it was a killer set-up and liked the "no rules" format.

I think I got all the jumps on video, even the one of Nick Campbell jumping the Rhino. Jason and I made Aaron and his dad wait while we watched the jump contest. I'm working on a video of the highlights from the race.

They said they were going to the Springs. I think they said they were going to the Cortez event too.

Bender, get the damn video up!

Edit: I had to change my location in my profile, Bender will get it.
