Yah, this is my DD until I can afford a Cadillac as a DD. It's a toss up for armor between Genright and Poison Spyder right now. First I want to get a rear bumper and tire carrier with Hilift and gas can mounts. Then I will work on lights and skid plates. I absolutely love this JK, so many options to customize them. Love driving door and top less also! | |

Some recent updates.... OR-Fab front and rear bumper and spare tire carrier with Rotopax and HiLift mounts. DirtBagz side storage. PowerTank mount for my 10lb CO2 tank. SmittyBilt seat covers with Molle bags. Waiting to install the rear molle tailgate piece till after rear LED lights are wired. Flat Fenders - cut down the stock (No more rear rubbing of the 37s!) Had T&J Performance out of Orange, CA build up their race spec front axle truss, skid plates and gussets. They will do my rear axle in the next few months. LED lights going on in the next few months. |

Nice lookin' rig ya' got there, bud. Had a chance to regear for those 37's yet? edit: NVM. Just saw you did G2 5.38's. Kinda wishing I'd have geared that deep myself. I went with Yukon 5.13's myself. What's your s/n on JKO? |

It seems like everyone ditches the factory Rubi wheels when they upgrade tires. 37s look sweet on the Rubi wheels |

Got to flex out the new Bilstein 5160s running the Nightmare Gulch and Last Chance Canyon trail this weekend. Somehow managed to rip off my front drive shaft boot. |

Great looking rig! Do you mind if I ask for details on your CO2 roll bar mount? I've been looking for something like that for mine.

You guys have some awesome places to wheel there in CA. The driveshaft boot (Im' assuming front) tears easily when you flex just the right way. Usually catches on the corner of the trans pan on rigs w/ automatic. That's what happened to mine and in turn, it caused a small trans leak because it bent the corner of the pan just a tad. Haven't done anything about it since it happened well over a year ago, but I could probably fix the leak with silicone. I'll handle that when it comes time to do a trans service. Only real fix for to keep it from happening again, though, is a smaller diameter drive shaft. I'll be looking at Adams when the time comes. Main reason I did was because yeah, I wanted something that looked better, but the offset is better, too. I would've had to buy spacers otherwise, and my wife is not a fan of paying for something twice. So a new set of wheels was my best bet. |
