Re: 250k club Not personally, the most I've done is 168k on my XJ, if I hadn't bought my 200, it would now be closer to 200k by now. Dad totalled his first XJ at 210k or so and scrapped his second with about 280k on it, both ran fine, just the insurance co. Chose to total #1 and #2 was just too rotted out to be safe enough to even drive across town to the scrap yard. My sister all but cooked the 4.0l in her XJ when it had over 200k on it, but it still ran when it was scrapped too.........it also was rotted out as bad as Dad's XJ #2. |

Re: 250k club I had a 78 Mercedes 240D with a broken odometer that read 280k... not sure of actual mileage. It was a great little car but the cchassis rusted away. |
Re: 250k club I helped put a pile of miles on my dads '01 dodge 1 ton dually. Last I drove it there was just over 430k on it. My semi has 1.22 million on it. :lol: |
Re: 250k club My daily driver 92' Nissan Sentra is at 277 K. It is pretty much running as a 3 cylinder. I still get 30 MPG and cruise at 80 on the freeway. I am hoping to get another year out of her before I have to put another motor in. Strongly contemplating going Mad Max / Rally with it. Paint it black bedliner inside and out. Roof rack with lots o light, maybe a .50 cal mount just in case I run across a Ma Deuce in the wasteland..... |
Re: 250k club Just did the conversion from km to miles and im at 237k miles on my 96 psd f350. Its running like a champ and i have no intention of replacing it. |

Loved that old Jeep though,it won't be my last "thumbsup" |

It does have a random no start problem at the moment, and Im trying sell it. It does wheel very well (4' suspension lift, 3" body lift, lockers front and rear, 4:88 gears and 35" BFG KM2's) |
Re: 250k club I have 2. Both are '77. The tan one is on it's second motor, the red one has had it's motor rebuilt and some body work done. The tan one probably has over 300,000. Odometer say 59,XXX but hasn't worked since I go it. Paperwork found in it suggests it rolled over at least twice, though. The red one just hit 250,000 last week. Re: 250k club My '98 Volvo V70 had 450k on it, still running great when I sold it. My wife's '05 Pacifica has 235k on it now, and runs like a dream. Uses no oil, drives like new. We had a '95 Nissan Quest we bought with 88k, that went over 450k before it was sold. Our Durango has 215k on it when it was sold, still running strong, although trans was rebuilt. I had a '97 Ram Cummins I used to pull my race trailer with when I was racing. Bought it with 75k miles, sold it with 670k. Never had an issues with it. All basic maintenance. I just bought a '12 Jetta TDI, so I"m hoping to see at least 350k out of it before major work. I drive 140 miles a day for my commute, plus a ton of other running. Even more now that we're trying to start an RC business of our own for my wife to manage. |

Re: 250k club 268,871 on my 01 Silverado 4.8. Wish I could say I put that on it, but I purchased it at 266,487. Original motor, and a daily driver to boot with 60+ miles a day. Put a set of intake plenum gaskets on last week and it's running like a champ. Starting to collect the parts to turn it into a prerunner now. "thumbsup" |

The old girl just clicked over 1.345 million. Before she hits 1.35 she's getting torn apart for a fresh rebuild with newer computer system, about 150 more horses and a new 13 speed to replace the old 9 speed. Next season is going to kick major ass. :mrgreen: |
Re: 250k club My Dakota has 330k on it. Not original motor or tranny, but the NV3500 has over 250k on it. Motor has 50k since I rebuilt it, original rotating assembly still.
