Default well starting another one

well I cant help it.gotta start another one since the other one is almost done.

specs:
metal axles
4 link this time
custom aluminum chassis
peedy tranny
55 turn novak
XL5 waterproof esc
tires(rc4wd 1.55 mud thrashers)
rc4wd scale hubs
highlift shocks
custom made rock sliders
axial front bumper
Bronco body
3 racing winch
tq3 tx/rx
645 mg steering servo

things i am waiting on:
rc4wd 1.55 steelies
and not sure what else will go on it.

anyway on to some pics.

made this today.

started with a piece of 1/2"x1/2" square aluminum





got it bent.holes drilled.





now to cut it in half.





it got a little hot,had to stop for a second.



now to finish cut.



wound up with this.



got skid made,rear crossmember made and installed.beer break.



ok beer done.made front cross member/servo mount installed.



now all painted up waiting on some more parts now.

Off to a great start, but please don't put the honcho bumper on there, I think it won't match the bronco theme

well almost got it together now.gotta install electronics and it will be done.





temp wheels and tires until i can get my 1.5 steelies.

awesome rig, how do you get such clean bends out of square stock, i thought about making a chassis, to build an r/c like my 46 chevy 1/2 ton???
