| project "sasquatch" (a k2-3l courier build)
well, I've been collecting parts for this for awhile now and I've wanted to do a 1.9er so here we go...... specs ford courier body k2-3l chassis dinky rc "dinky links" tlt axles pede trans 55t integy trail dr xl's 645's for steering and winch duty not sure on the rest of the electronics. things left to do bumpers, lights, and other assorted scale goodies. might try my hand at an interior, have to wait on that till the bodies mounted to see what kinda room I'll have. still have aways to go before that stuff. here's some pics of what I've gotten done so far. let me know what you think Last edited by sods; 05-20-2008 at 07:01 PM. |

Looks good so far, I like how you added shock hoops to the K2 chassis. I wish those Courier bodies were still in production:-( subscribed |

| yeah it has sleek, I needed to build another scaler since I sold off "nitemare". comp rigs are fun and all, but its more fun to drive the scalers. hopefully this one won't take as long as the last one did. I'm gonna try and stick to the original ideas I have and not make too many changes, lol. so do I, I got lucky and scored one at a lhs. they had two buried behind some newer bodies. so they both came home w/ me.
