Hi there... Happy New Year:lol::lol::lol:

This is taking a long time to do it.... but this is a hobby... is'nt??

well... I am postind some more pictures of project in progresse. I have down the 4 link suspension suports and started to build the front axle... Unfortunately i will do not construct the diferential ''shaft house'' on 1:9 scale because i can'nt / dont find a kit of diferential ring and pinion to assemble on that. ITo construct it i misse a ring (diferential) with 2,8cm diametre (almost equal).
I will use the pinion and ring (diferential) kit from AX10 and the rest will keep on 1:9scale. I will try to make it on 1:6 scale and keep the Dana 44 aspect / view as prespectives. The only diference is that we will see the centre of diferencial much biger...

here is some photos

Hi

I'm using a weld wire and gas torche from www.easyweld.com

'' Durafix Easyweld aluminium welding rods are used to repair Aluminium, Al-alloys, Zinc, Pot metals, Die-cast and Kirksite dies. In fact you can use it on any non-ferrous metal, except stainless steel. You can use Durafix on dissimiliar metals (copper to aluminium) and even galvanized steel. ''

It is a good, strong and very resistant weld joint; very able to make simple weld joints, but complicated wen need to weld it again next to other weld joint or some detailed works... probably you damage your work if you dont have some careful cause of melt weld joints.

I had tryed for first time and I 'm geting the my correct metod how to work it... first the biger weld joint and then the smaller ones...
It was an good experience for me (this is not my area job)."thumbsup""thumbsup"
