Default Ever Tried to Dye?

Has anyone ever tried to dye the Tamiya F-350 body?, or any other styrene style body. Seems like it might work, and wouldn't scratch off either.

Any thoughts on this idea?
I searched around a bit and found lots of dyed wheels but no bodies.

you got to boil the water for the dye, id imagine thats what deforms/melts the abs plastic bodies. i know boiling styrene does that.
