It looks even better as a roller. As for the spare how about try tucking it down where the trunk would be?

I think this is where the spare will end up it really doesnt fit any where else, also cut the hood to fit and added another bar in the roof. |

I have to admit that that is pretty cool looking. i'd ditch the rear glass and trunk lid and drop the spare in there. It'll smooth out the side profile
