I recently started a new chassis build. I'm going to cannibalize my last build for everything but the chassis. a friend of mine said I should take more progression pics, so on this one I will.

I like your build too.

this is my 3rd chassis with the "double rail" design. I got the idea from the 1:1 buggies. I really like the look, not to mention the strength of it.

i'm using a miller dynasty machine. I use a dynasty 350 at work.

well I tore down the old rig to bare chassis.



I tossed in the front axle and suspension to see where the cab mounts will fall on this one.





the cab will sit alittle higher then it is in this pic.

what method/machine do you use to weld those with ?

I was thinkin' muh mig 180 would be a little too much

i'm using a miller dynasty 350. and the chassis is made of 3/16 stainless steel .035 wall tubing.

thanks. it's made of stainless steel 3/16 .035 wall tubing.
