| my d90 with Blackwell Axles
Got a set of blackwell axles, put them on my d90. I had to stretch the links a little bit, and switch the rotation in the rear axles, but i think all together i finally got it done and i think it looks pretty good especially with the military rims I have on it. I havent had the time to take it outside to try it yet, but it did well in my living room. I think the next thing i want to do is get longer shocks and bigger tires for it. I think that will set it off nicely. Any comments on what I should do next?

Looks good under the d90 .you should order a set cod's for the front if you haven't already. I went 20 feet in the rocks and twisted the dog bones out of them love the d90 builds my next build is going to one.

Paint them black. Stay with mud plungers but get shocks that aren't ugly Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk 2 |

WOW - serious chassis! Looks great - just make sure you get some paint on those axles. Love the wheel/tire combo. |

Well thanks for all the comments so far! I was thinking about painting them black, but I'm starting to dig the silver.

Love the body colour contrasting against the Militant wheels, very tough looking. Another vote for the axles in black, and maybe bigger tyres and a slight guard trim up. Never seen Rockwells under a 90,or anything in real life to be honest,so not sure on the width. But,I think it would look pretty good with a bit more wheel out of the guards. |

I did some more work to my d90 recently. I put 2 wrestling figures in it, to give it a bit more of a scale look, got a set of black 110mm scale shocks and a set of rok lox 1.9 tires with memory foams and to make the side walls stronger, I cut the sidewalls on an old set of tires and put them inside which seemed to help it a lot. I'm still debating whether to paint the axles or not, because i'm starting to like the silver. I'm thinking about cutting the fender wells a little and putting on a set of axial fender flairs. What do you guys think so far? Any more suggestions would be great!

I did more work to my d90, I cut the factory fender flares out of it and got axial fender flares on which i think looks pretty good. I like that when it flexes, the wheel tucks nice and neat into the fender well. What do you think?

Looks good man. Side hillin may be out of the question with that body height but nice scale trail rig.
