You should pick one of the out there colors Jeep used back in the early 90s. They had magenta, periwinkle and purple. Just google those colors and Jeep Cherokee and you will find them. I would sell my 1:1 Cherokee so I could buy another one in any of these colors if it had the right options.

I like struhall's idea.....Sean, gotta throw my 2 cents into the fray......here is a link to a 1987 Jeep Comanche color code chart for paint touch up products. The color in your inspiration photo looks like code AB - Beige Clearcoat. Although there are quite a few cool factory colors to chose from within this link alone, code AD looks awesome as well. I know you're in Canada, but in the States Cherokees and Comanches of that era are often found wearing USFS green, at least in my neck of the woods.

I quite like the colour in the original post (the real truck). Maybe either that or a metallic blue?

Here's the beginning of the jeep comanche build. I don't post any explanation because it would take me awhile to type everything out, so if you any questions on a certain procedure just let me know and I'll try to answer it. Sean |

Started on the frame and axles and getting everything set up, putting the 3D printed V8 motor from GCM which will add a nice touch to this build. I'll be bringing this build to the G6 this weekend in Peterborough. Sean |

Just amazing work here Sean, something different with each build. Cool to watch and follow. Very cool how you tuck your tires within the body in your designs, where I'm a "fatty" kinda guy, I like some rubber hanging out!

Just finished the rear bumper and running boards. Next step is to start filling and priming the body.

Wow, fab work is turning out great again. Its cool to see some different features each time you assemble one of these. Love the back bumper work.
