Default My little JK

while heres my JK build. i wasnt going to start this build till after i got my full size XJ back on the trail and im finishing it up this weekend.

parts list so far:
NB JK body
RC4WD T Rex with arb dif covers
2 sets of axial frame rails

now if you've seen my yj. you will see where this is going.
still ordering parts. should start this one after next weekend.

Looks like a good start! Love hardbody jeep builds. Have done several myself and in process on one right now only its a 2 door jk

I like where you are going with it so far.

Where did you get the small jack stands (both sizes)? Small air tools, etc?

I have that same color theme NB JK body ,Its one of my favorites ,,Nice build so far ,,Was able to use the axial jk fender flairs with a styrene mount on the body,,,

got the chassis length just about where I want it. I have a little more on the rear half to do. should have that done tonight.

yes sir, it is! if you look at the pic above of the jk chassis. it does the same. flat at the front and curved in the rear. figured I would take a short cut by turning the chassis around.

I shortened my NB JK body to fit the stock scx10 chassis ,I wanted a Brute ,,I got lucky and found some paint that matches pretty close , I have two NB JK's and like them both ,,This one is a Wroncho conversion the other
is full length with the xr10 steering ,,They are both great running rigs ,,,I like what your doing with yours ,,

started the rear spring cup/cross member. the spring are way to tall.

I think I have my spring cups worked out. found some rubber pumping washer at home depot. they fit pretty good. little lose. but, I'm happy. time to finish trimming and boxing in the rear cross member.
