Default Rollin in the Caddy

Well, I bought this rig from Oleminer a few years back. This has been the best rig I've ever owned. I'm on its third rebuild now getting it ready for 2016 Scale Nationals. Let me turn back the clock and show you this rig from the beginning to now.

Picked this jewel up on RCC a few weeks ago so me and my son would both have 1.9 rigs to run at G6 events and comps!

So, even though this rig looked complete when I got it, I'm ridiculous about everything working and running just as I think it should! It came as a roller, so here's the list!

Remove the heavy basket and mount the lightbar on the hood.
Rework all the links
New pitbull growlers
Brxl
Brood 30t axle buster
All the knuckle weight I can stuff around the knuckle
New battery and electronic mount location
Rework some of the frame for better tire clearance
New shocks because traxxas bigbores are the ONLY shock I use!
7980 hitec servo! Why..........because I can:cool:
MIP shafts
CBE link tabs

So, this rig just continues to impress me. I've torn it completely down and rebuilding it to go to the RC4WD Scale Challenge. A few things that needed change were, no knuckle weights, new brazed shock hoops, total repaint, new hardware and bearings throughout.

Well, the truck worked like a champ for the 2015 Crawlapalooza. I didn't have a 2.2 tire rig, so I just ran the caddy in 1.9 and 2.2 comp courses.

So, that brings this build up to speed. I'm now just wrapping things up on the rebuild for Scale nationals. Big shout out to RC Scale Worx for the beautiful paint job on the cab and the chassis. Also want to shout out to CBERCFAB Scale Shop for its new insane 300oz plus servo winch and controller running straight off 3s battery! This winch is freaking fast and strong! O......almost forgot, I picked up the nice low pro skid from SMW for even better belly clearance!

Well, my first go at Scale Nationals is in the books. Very happy with my 11th spot finish in Class 2. I'm still learning all this scale stuff coming from Comp crawling. Looking forward to next year. Big thank you to CBERCFAB, RC SCALE WORX, and RC BROS for the support!

That is one dialed in caddy! It crawls like a billy goat.

Great driving this weekend!

I've had the honor of competing against it. The driver is great, so is his son. After reading all its accomplishments, I feel good that I was able to record some better times in my 2.2.
