Default bobbed & dovetailed hilux

The truck is mostly done, I purchased it from ebay rtr however I made some changes to it and wanted to share some info and pictures.

The truck came with a pile of upgrades including;
Scx10 based chassis
axial trans has VP case, axial hd motor plate and Robinson gears
Axles are built with VP lockers under/over drive gears, VP VVD up front, VP lockouts and VP 8* chubs and knuckles.
Electronics where DX3r radio, tekin rock 412 bl and MMP esc, hitec 7955 servo

Here are the pictures the way I received it.

Since I've had this rig, I machined new 6061 4mm links using revo ends and changed the wheel base.
I cut the bumper off, moved the winch behind the grille and made a new bumper that improves the approach angle.
I also swapped to a dove nosed cab I made a long time ago and had been sitting on the shelf.
I moved the servo from the axle to the chassis using a hand brothers axle mount and made my own chassis mount and pan hard mount.
I swapped the BL setup into my g6 rig and installed a holmes hobbies 45t and brxl into the toyota.
I completely rebuilt everything on the truck replaced %100 of the bearings with fast eddie bearings and replaced the mis matched hardware for all stainless 3mm pan head from Harley.
The dxr3 was swapped for my 4pk
Replaced the half melted skid for a new axial piece.
Welded in a piece of metal so I could mount a spare in the rear.
Swapped out the r2j 4 link mount for a axial one.

I am sure I am forgetting something but here are the current pictures as of tonight. Let me know what you guys think.

Thank you, I am very happy with the rig so far! I really only changed the wheelbase by bringing the front axle back some. I think it looked too stretched before and that's why I also changed the bumper. Thanks for the feedback.

Ran this rig for almost 4hrs today, It did great! The body got busted up some at the glue joints but the truck it self was fantastic.

Really nice looking truck. I like what you've done with it.

Any video?

I am sure these are them, I haven't seen many sets and I don't plan on letting them out of my hands any time soon.

Do you still have this rig? I'm trying to replicate it with my scx10 I just got a hilux body and about to start chopping it up and building a back half cage. The stance of this truck is perfect I love the overall aggressive look of it. If you still have it would you wanna sell it?
