| ~TSS~ Shop Truck Rebuild
after building the shop nearly a year ago, i finally got a break from customer builds, and decided to revamp the shop truck. weve been using my silverado sittin on 24s and bags to run parts around town, worked ok, but just the wrong image for the shop, until now we just didnt have time to do anything about it, so shes getting a full over haul. Plans are: solid axle swap arb manual lockers in-house chassis 540ci big block 30" Fox Shox 2.0 Stealth transfer case 37" or 42" meats 19" wheels, more than likely a set of our 2008 TSS beadlocks and some fresh paint as you can see the truck just doesnt fit the shops image shot of the new shop.... well time to pull the truck inside and go to work Last edited by STANG KILLA SS; 12-19-2007 at 08:28 AM. |

once i got everything disconnected, i rolled the chassis out, and started dismantling to get the body ready for the paint shop..... Last edited by STANG KILLA SS; 12-19-2007 at 08:52 AM. |

then called a flat bed and sent the body off to the paint shop to begin prep work. so we got started assembling the in-house chassis, custom designed to fit the shop silverado. Last edited by STANG KILLA SS; 12-19-2007 at 08:53 AM. |

HAHA, Thats sweet Cory... Where did you get the lift? Looks like you gonna have to install a bigger overhead door, Because when your done with that monster, You wont be able to pull it out... |

bought it from another shop in town that was closing down, picked it up used for $800, pretty good steal for a 9000 lb lift. hydrolics were all in good shape. (made it by hand ) uh oh....i may be "building a boat in the basement" here....... Last edited by STANG KILLA SS; 12-19-2007 at 10:49 AM. |
