I think there should be a Swivel class for crawling!"thumbsup" |
Yes, this thread is old, and got resurrected. The truck however, was sold off about a year ago. It is now owned by a guy who owns a 1:1 swivel frame Power Wagon. He came across this thread while doing research on his truck, and loved the 1:10 scale version. I made him a deal, since projects come and projects go. He liked my build so much, he said he was going to paint his 1:1 to match mine because his needed a paint job... :ror: Anyway, after a year or so with no swivel frame in my arsenal, and no 6x6 either (I sold the 2.2 6x6 I built a couple years ago), I decided to combine concepts and do the 6x6 Swivel Frame Semi, which is my latest build thread. |
With a setup like that what are the shocks for lol |

Re: Swivel Frame Power Wagon Build WOW This truck is amazing. So creative with the swivel chassis, but the dampening of the chassis with the shock. Totally clever and truly gorgeous. I love the wooden rails on the truck bed. Great color choice for the truck too. Only thing missing is the drop bed but you solved that well with the wooden rails. Totally awesome! Makes my project look like a piece of garbage! Thanks! haha |
