Default Campbell Ent. Rock Racer 2.2 Build

I just started to build my campbell rock racer.

my insperation is the one from pirate4x4.com http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/showt...pbell+buggy%22 i love this one...


i recently bought a ARTR, now i am putting the parts from the ARTR on to this rock racer... With a few mods to some parts.




here is the racer in the first stages, i still have lots of work to do...

Looks great so far! I weld everything as well, I see alot of guys brazing but welding is my
thing as well! Keep those pics comming...

thanks man, i do the welding thing to. I don't know where to the brazing stuff here in canada anyways, plus its way easier to mig then braze imo...

SUBSCRIBED!!! I am making one too. Started a few weeks back. I like this one because you are doing the weird non 3 link thing in the front and back on the axles like the 1:1. I have been looking for Good PICS of this set up. these are the best yet. I guess the reason for this linkage set up is because of the placement of Motor. Anyway Can't wait to see mor PICS!!

Thanks, sorry i changed it just a bit...

The front and rear have four link setup:-(, but don't worry i will be redoing this frame and it will be a three link with a panhard bar, just like the 1:1...

I like the frame i did but it's not prefect, the new one will be exactly the same but straighter, so stay tooned i will not for get about it...

I dont know what motor you want but rpp hobby got a few...http://www.shop.rpphobby.com/product.sc?categoryId=-1&productId=295

About seats..New scale seat option.

Or you can get the recaro cell phone seats on ebay.

Thanks for the info... the motor might be a bit small at 1:25-24...

Those seats look cool....
