Hey Scalers

I just bought a AX-10 and am kinda jealous looking at all these great scale rigs. Well maybe after I learn some things and get a sweet crawler going I will work on a scaler. Has anyone ever made like a sled pulling truck? I just thing it would be cool to make a working sled pulling truck and working trailer. Smoke some motors. haha

The other one that would be cool IMO is a willies pickup. I love those things.

Here's my sled pulling truck :

And if you can wait a couple of weeks, you can see my new TTC rig come to life.....a rear steer, tube buggy, all steel bodied Willys pickup.

It will be a combo of this:

Those are sweet War Pig :) "thumbsup"

Did you post a build thread on the sled puller? I like the trailer on it.

Who sells the willies pick up or did you build the cab? I will go check out that thread now, it may answer questions. :)

Hey War Pig. I just checked out both the threads. The video is awesome on the sled. I can't wait to see your willies all buildt up either. I also noticed your here in Oregon also. I am up inbetween Springfield and Albany.

Hey thanks, you'll have to come up to Portland for a scale comp one of these days. Have you been on ORCRC.com yet?

droptop68 11-20-2010 12:00 AM

I have been on ORCRC waiting for a mod to accept me ( i guess ).

I found a website that is all about tractor pulling stuff. ( mighty spendy ). I am going to play with my new crawler for awhile and learn about this RC stuff but I would like to build a scaler at some point.

I'd like to come to portland and check things out. I think this is going to be a fun hobby :)
