Time to post up the newest rig .... anawrecksya had to be replaced, she wasnt wide enough Since I drive a Scion Xb (the box), it made sence to build a scaler. I purchased the body from a member on here and plans were struck up to build a "skinny" version.. I introduce to you "THE RECTANGLE" I need to give credit to difuser for all his help.I have been out of town for the last month and a half. Dan has more or less built this rig to the point you see here. I will finish the rest when I pick it up from him at the end of the week. Specs: Team3six bucket seats and a custom bench seat for the rear Axial scx chassis MSD winch Hayok winch control SDS "stacked" transfer case Tekin T-8 1350 kv CC MMP SDS super 300's Hand bros 3 link Axial over/under drive gears Cheapbatterypacks.com 6s elite packs Vanquish SSZ wheels Vanquish c hubs for scx axles (if avail in time) GCM steel axles for scx Proline swampers Blah, blah, blah First thing was a few body mods, chopped 3" out of the middle, boatsided the body and trimed the fenders. The "stacked" transfer case Last edited by hotwheels000; 04-19-2011 at 07:25 PM. |

Definetly will have rear steer for MSD,I may add a driveline dig later...not sure as I dont think any driveline I have set up for dig at this moment will handle the power of the t-8. Side note : I was able to see the SDS stacked case tonight in person and spend some time testing it in war pigs truck,O boy, this is going to be fun, the vids dont do it justice...sorry about the servo Tim | |
