Default Fj 2.2

Ever since watching some of the videos from Scale Nats I have been wanting to build something nice so I asked Kaetwo if he would build me a FJ chassis. I still have a few things to get but I have been collecting the parts as he has been working on my chassis.

I received his custom work in the mail today and I was amazed at his quality of work . Brett I appreciate all your time in this quality build. Your craftsmanship and precision are nothing short of amazing. I hope I can do it justice.

Here are some of the pics cataloging the build...

Lol...ya I have two marriages now. One to my wife and one to my work ever since stepping into management. I def need some time off. I hate working so many hours. Hoping its a means to a end sooner it later.

Some things on the needed list....a good motor, winch, paint, styrene, hands bro steering, 7955tg, fxr, some other scale stuff.

I dont plan on running a fifth wheel, but there is a nice spot for one if I did. Its just too heavy in 2.2s.

I think that it's too much angle where the front driveshaft and front axle meet (second pic).?. Sorry for my english. Am i right or wrong? My new honcho kit is exactly the way.

it's fine. my SCX10 sits a little higher than this one and my drivelines are fine.
