This one is based on a 1936 Plymouth Business Coupe'

i see a trend growing here....i want to say i was of the first in the scale world with my 55 belair (still in progess) , but who knows for sure LOL. there is a video of a mud bogger on youtube made form a newer Plymouth (I think). street legal and sick as hell.

I believe that guy is from here in MO, unless I am thinking of a different rig. He brought it to Greaserama last year and I talked to him for a few minutes.
