Default k2-3l

Hey guys im new to RC but i purchased a k2-3l chassis and i have locked TLT axles and and installed them, also i have the links and turnbuckles on, i just dont know what else i need..i know a stampede tranny, but what kind of electronics....I want the truck to be waterproof so, but if you guys could just help me out with what driveshafts, and all electronics, and also a motor im looking to do crawling in creeks with water. thanks guys

well since im a newb too ill bite. this is what ive gathered though searching and browsing around. you can use your stampede driveshafts, and i think a 65 turn lathe motor would suit you nicely and the lrp ai runner esc or and mtronicks is generally liked upon rcc users. some spektrum recievers are waterproof too if im not mistaken, but pricey. or you can put your electronics in a waterproof box. hope it helps

Well if you want to be exspensive, go brushless. Get a Revolver 2 motor and ESC from JohnRobHolmes.

If you want to be cheap, get a 45-65t motor and Moped ESC.

For shafts, go with Maxx shafts. They're longer and stronger than the pede shafts.

You will also need shock. You probably already know that, but they were not mentioned in your post.
