Wraith axles splines vs scx10 axle splines Hi this is my first ever thread and i have a question Would scx10 chubs fit on ar60 axles i only own ar60's and I need to know this information for my build. Any information is helpful and pictures would be very much appreciated. |
Re: Wraith axles splines vs scx10 axle splines Its not a bolt on (Ar60s are splined, Ax10 are keyed) but they can be made to work. |
Re: Wraith axles splines vs scx10 axle splines What modifications would have to be done in order to do this |
Re: Wraith axles splines vs scx10 axle splines Now that im looking back i meant scx10 ii axles instead of scx10 axles. |

Re: Wraith axles splines vs scx10 axle splines Thanks that is actually very helpful. i was going to need the change the drive shafts anyways to do what I wanted to do. Could you post a picture of what you mean about the clamping screw. |
Re: Wraith axles splines vs scx10 axle splines The hole in the bottom of the c-hub clamps the c-hub to the axle housing. The axle housing has a groove around it where the c-hub mounts to clear this screw which also keeps the c-hub from sliding off once installed. http://www.axialracing.com/assets/pr...JPG?1463697008 http://www.axialracing.com/assets/pr...JPG?1463702655 |
