| Spanish Axial "Edge" Video.
Hello friends. Here is the video of my new setup, with the edge chassis. Thanks to Kamikaze,Trymmy, TwistedXT and company for tell me that THIS setup of Low gravity center was good. It is incredible!!! But I had some issues with some rocks, then I up the Low GC a finger for have more clearance . Thanks for all. The final crash only break a plastic rod end of the 1 bent link. only this! XDXD. The new setup is the shocks with the cup in low position and the rod end in up position, because I had cup popping out. sorry for my english. Here is the VIDEO http://rapidshare.com/files/89746264/new01.wmv and some pics. |

It's looking good, I know there simple but I love these things!!! I dont know if you have the spacers on the inside on top of the piston but if you start having problems with the shock caps popping off or need a little more ride height take the spacers out of the inside and put fuel tubing from a nitro car on the outside of the shaft and make it a little longer to give you a little more ground clearance. It also limits flex. I always thought people were crazy when they said you could have to much flex and after limiting my flex a great bit I realized they were right. My truck used to flex so much it would roll when I got it off camber now it doesn't flex to the point where it rolls it just keeps going lol |

thanks to all. trymmy, as you say, I have the spacer inside the shock, just botton de cap. now I have the spacer in the same position, but I have put the shock upside down and some fuel tubing in the outside shaft. for give for clearance. I think that the problem of the cap was because the upper links and the bent links, touch the side of the shock, whe the axial flex. then the shock flex it, forcing the cap. now with the shock in upside down, the links don't touch the shock!! I test it and I tell you. thanks for all. |

How bad was the damage to your truck from that downhill fall at the end of the video? |
