Default transmission noise

I think I have to much transmission noise and is causing the glitching?I took the tranny out of the truck leaving the motor hooked up away from the receiver worked fine no glitching put it back glitching started again is this possible, and what can be done about it
I fixed the problem by turning the pinion gear around and by grounding the motor to the chassis the glitch went away I hope.

For the transmission to cause your glitching it would have to put out a noise harmonic very close to your operating frequency. The probable cause would be vibration that the tranny might be causing. Try isolating the receiver from the chassis. It could also be a bad crystal.
