good job, how does it work in the real world? Are you able to engage/ disengage it under a load? I like your idea better that drill the shafts to put a pin thru them. Keep us posted on how it works out!

It's a good dig... I am working on the same set up. Did you just drill out the splines on one end of the female coupler to let the male spin inside? The only problem with that setup is that the entire shaft is male now and that is the weak half of the shaft. I am trying to make mine out of maxx axle shafts. Good job! Clean! |
