Dont get the drive shaft rings, if anything go with Some BEEF, Maxx Shafts. Maxx shafts RULE. I just set mine up today and it is well worth building. I have ran stampede and jato shafts and blew each. Driveshaft rings didnt help me at all. Search for, Maxx Shaft Build. It will give you all the info. It only cost me $19.50 for the parts and about 3 hours to build. |

I actually have everything to do the swap but I dont want to do it. I dont want to hack $35 worth of yokes when I can spend $40 and get everything (and keep the yokes for another project). When the MIPs come out I'll get them with the slipper and be done. Hopefully. The pedes do good on my scaler with 6 cells and high gearing but with 8 cells and the lower gearing here they dont fare so well. I have a few more spur gear/pinion combos coming in this week along with more Pede shafts and springs. Should be running again pretty quick. |
