Hi guys, just a quick question here... If I was to run big bores with a set of MRC springs on em, which big bores and spring cups do I use? I think I may have found the right shocks but I'm not sure. So if you could tell me if this: http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_...xx-T-Maxx-25-8 is the set I'm looking for that would be awesome! Also I am planning on doing the rod end mod, so any tips would be appreciated! Thanks! |

Those are the correct ones. Unless building 2 rigs I would just buy two packs of the xxl's and save yourself a few bucks. http://www.losipartshouse.com/servle...-Teflon/Detail Edit: Well on second though for the price difference get the 8 pack and have spares! Or have different weight oils in them for different surfaces. That is a great price on the 8 pack! |

I am only building one rig but spares or quick tuning options could be nice... Are there any shorter big bores, or are the 90mm's the smallest I'm gonna get?

There are the "longs" rather than the "xtra longs" http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXJG88&P=7 The longs are Rustler\Pede\Bandit\Slash front shocks and are quite short... |

I would go with the longs rather than the xlongs. Works real well with the rod end mod. Most folks end up limiting 4" shocks. http://www.rcsuperstore.com/product_p/tra2660.htm |

When I put the MRC springs on em can I use the stock spring cups or will I have to get new ones?
