so I took out all the sticky wheel weight today on the front end. HAd about 7oz in each front wheel.

Took the foam out and shaped it a bit.

Put a borrowed set of lock rings on the rims and added new (colied line weight) to the inside of the rims(behind the lock ring.) I also put a strip around the inside of the back lock ring. That way I have more squishyness to the tires. I found with the sticky weights on the inside of the rim tires could not compress as much as they should.

I will giving these lock rings back for a set that my friend is making for me.

over all I have less weight in the front end but way more bit out of the front tire....which I have been in need of. (were bouncing and not gripping at all before.)

by the way the borrowed lock rings and my new one in a few days are made of Delrin.

:-P
