Please help I'm very fustrateded with these axles now. First six comps. not one problem. Now last four Comps I can barely make it through one course without twisting these axles. Always the long front axle shaft. Average weighted wheels , 50 turn motors, 14 tooth pinons.

buy some berg shafts and cut them down to size

They are a lot stronger

These are the ones I am referring to here. they are out of stock but this atleast will point you in the right direction.

We had a guy break the HR shafts at a comp and he cut a long berg shaft down that I gave him.
