I was rolling through Reno the other day and decided to stop by CKRC. I played on their in-store course a little while and picked up some parts, one of which was the Viper 3/4 link mount.

I just got a little confused when I went to install it on my scaler, it doesn't allow the 3-link yoke to be installed and only attaches by two screws, vs the normal 3. Does this really matter, especially for a scaler?

it doesn't matter as far as im concerned. just pretend that the 3 link mount wasnt ever there... so you only had 2 holes to begin with. i would say that after time it could put some stress on the 2 holes you are losing, but unless youre bashing it pretty hard i couldnt see it being a problem.
