Default Losi Mini Crawler springs

I grabbed some LMC soft springs and put them on my Big Bore shocks and my Axial Shocks. I'm not sure if I like this set up or not.

I corrected the title for ya.

We run the smaller springs like that on our big bores. Works great once you get the correct spring rates dialed in. Helps allot with the tires wadding up in the shocks/springs.

Thanks for the help.

Yeah, I gotta keep tinkering this set up. I was hoping to achieve more of a droop. It's a little too tall. clears more things but doesn't climb and off camber as well. Back to the drawing board.

It's hard to see where you have your shocks mounted at the chassis. If you could lay them down a little it would lower the truck some. You'd then need to run a little stiffer spring, maybe even a thicker oil. Laying the shock down will make the suspension allot softer if you stick with the same spring and oil. Laying them down will also gain travel, may have to put an internal limiter.

try running the spring inside the shock for a cleaner look. i do this and they look good and work very well. just tack shock cap off put spring in and tada your done. im just experimenting with shorter springs for a little half droop kinda thing

I've mounted my shocks in the stock position. I may need to drill some holes to allow more of an angle on my shocks.
