| 4 link setup help
Built my own custom 4 link mounts while im upgrading to rear steer. Would it be better to mount it to the top of the plate or bottom of the plate? I have room to do either, i think it looks a bit cleaner on the bottom. But performance wise which would be better, or does it make a difference. Try it both ways on a steep climb then a steep sidehill and see which one works better.

I've got my fronts mounted in the same hole, one on top & one on the bottom of my plate. The rears I have them both below. I decided to go with the straighter ball ends on all links below the plates, and run an angled link end (like in your picture) for the end I have above my plate in order to alleviate binding at full suspension travel. In the pics in the link I provided the setup at that time was one under & one over in the rear. I wound up not liking that because the axle was shifted over to one side. Once I put both below, my axle centered up nicely.
