| ax10 spare parts question
ok well this is kinda a dumb question but i was lookin through some old parts that came with my rtc and i noticed i had some spair gears but when i was reading through the book of the parts list it comes with it doesnt seem to include them, and i kno i didnt buy these parts. I found what appears to be a 20t pinion gear? it has the number 20 etched in it and it looks like a pinion is it? and i also found 13t diff gears were exactly do these go? cause from the diagram the only gears i see if the bevel gears. sorry for the newbe question

Not sure about the RTR, but I know the kit came with parts that were not used.

| The gears take the place of the locker in the front axle if you are just going to bash and want an open diff for more turning radius. The pinion is an option and will give you less torque, but will increase the over all speed of the truck |

The 20 on a 55 turn will be fine. I run 16-18 on my 35 turn. The increase in wheelspeed should outweigh the loss in torque, as long as it is not stalling or overheating all is good.
