Default wanting a ax10 again

I really want another ax10 selling mine a few months ago was a big mistake. Would it be better/cheaper getting an artr or building one from the ground up? If I build one I think the only aluminum parts would be the links for now until other parts break. What do you guys think, and it is hard to find used ax10s for a decent price I hate ebay lol never win.

Build it. There are many good deals in the FS section.

I want one too but tower hobbies shows the artr as discontinued. Is axial still making the artr?

I'd say it depends on how much of the original do you plan on keeping. Usually the only things left from most builds are the axles and transmission....the rest usually gets tossed.

You can get both axles with rear lockouts, and HD lockers for under $70, and a transmission for under $40.....all of it new.
